OUC has once again earned national recognition for its commitment to employee wellbeing, receiving the 2026 Best Wellness Employer Gold Certification administered by Wellness Workdays in collaboration with experts at Harvard Medical School. This year, OUC earned the recognition for a seventh year and was one of only nine organizations honored.

Developed by Harvard medical and public health leaders, the Best Wellness Employer designation identifies organizations that demonstrate excellence in employee wellbeing. The program provides a research-supported framework for evaluating corporate wellness strategies and enables employers to benchmark their programs nationally.

The award highlights how OUC’s comprehensive wellness strategy — WELLbeing Power to Thrive — supports all pillars of wellbeing with preventive-focused health plans, employee assistance programs, one-on-one financial advising and wellness coaching — all designed to ensure our employees have the ability to prioritize their health.

“At OUC, putting our employees first is more than a pillar it’s really the foundation of who we are. Being part of an organization that genuinely invests in the wellbeing of its people is both inspiring and rewarding,” said Jessica Puentes, Wellness Administrator.
