On January 18, crews topped off our newest Solar Sculpture at St. Cloud’s Lakefront Park. The 19-foot array – one of seven already installed in our service area – not only adds a modern art piece to the park, but also puts 1500 watts of energy back into the electric grid, enough power to light 160 bulbs. The sculpture will provide shade to park guests and even energize a mobile device charging station and a nearby electric vehicle charger. Similar sculptures currently exist at the Orange County Convention Center, Camping World Stadium and Florida Hospital.
