My OUC Energy Coach lets you track your energy consumption in kilowatt-hours or kWh (the total amount of electricity used), and dollars by month, day, hour, or even 15-minute intervals. You can compare usage to the previous month or the same month last year and identify patterns — like how adjusting your A/C by just a few degrees helps lower costs while keeping you comfortable.

Avoid surprises with helpful alerts available to residential customers. Soon, you’ll begin receiving:

  • Bill Projection Alerts provide a mid-cycle estimate of your upcoming bill based on your current usage, including how much you’ve used so far and what to expect if your habits stay the same for the rest of the billing cycle.
  • High Bill Alerts notify you when your projected bill is trending above normal. They also offer insights into potential causes and tips to help you lower your usage before the billing cycle ends.
