This income-based program covers up to 85% of the cost of eligible upgrades and repairs. Customers can also choose to spread any remaining balance over 24 months, interest‑free, on their utility bill. Those who don’t qualify for cost‑sharing can still take advantage of OUC rebates to help cover the cost of the improvements.
