Throughout the month, OUC is celebrating Earth Day – we’ll be out and about in the community sharing ways you can go green all year round.
City of Orlando’s Earth Day Work Day
When: Friday April 22, 2022
Where: Outside of City Hall, 400 South Orange Avenue, Orlando
Time: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Representatives from OUC will share information on OUC’s solar and energy-efficiency programs.
Central Florida Earth Day
When: Saturday April 23, 2022
Where: Lake Eola (east side), 512 East Washington Street, Orlando
Time: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
The Tiny Green home will be at the Central Florida Earth Day 2022. Visitors will look inside the 200-square-foot sustainable home and learn more about ways they can go green. This event is free.
St. Cloud Earth Day
When: Saturday April 23, 2022
Where: Peghorn Park, 2101 Peghorn Way, St. Cloud
Time: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
OUC will hand out FREE tree seedlings at the St. Cloud Earth Day. This free event is open to the public.
As a Tree Line Utility©, OUC also celebrates Arbor Day. On Saturday, April 30, OUC will be at the Belle Isle Arbor Day Celebration sharing conservation tips. This family-friendly event will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Cornerstone Charter Academy.
