As Orlando’s hometown utility for more than a century, we’re here to assist our customers. That’s why we offer helpful and easy savings tips, tools and rebates that can lower utility bills and save you money. From monitoring your monthly usage to applying for rebates, learn how each of these programs can help you.

Explore Flexible Payment Options

Avoid unpredictable bills by evening out your payments over the year with OUC’s free Budget Billing service. OUC calculates your monthly payment amount based on the average of your utility bills over the past 12 months, helping you avoid seasonal ups and downs.

With the OUC Power Pass prepay program, you don’t receive a monthly bill. Rather, you pay in advance for service, when you want and in the amount you want. Then you monitor your usage online to ensure your balance is always above $0.00. Alerts sent via text, email and/or phone are also available to help you stay informed.

Access Your Usage Dashboard

Located within your myOUC online account, OUC’s Usage Dashboard delivers data that reflects your electric and water usage. Use the dashboard to better understand your usage patterns and make changes to reduce your bill.

Research OUC’s Residential Rebates

As part of OUC’s commitment to sustainability, we partner with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to provide the voluntary ENERGY STAR® program to our residential and business customers. This program allows you to save money through the use of rebates that encourage the installation of new energy- and water-efficient appliances, water heaters, ceiling insulation, and more. OUC preferred contractors can provide installation and point-of-sale rebates for those who qualify for an OUC energy efficiency or water conservation rebate. Learn more about OUC’s rebates program.

Submit a Free Home Efficiency Survey

OUC customers can complete a free Home Profile Survey that can provide helpful customized insights and recommendations to make a house more efficient – and save money as a result. Recommendations can include the installation of energy efficient appliances or adoption of energy-efficient practices that will reduce usage.

Schedule a Free Home Energy and Water Efficiency Audit

OUC conservation specialists are available via phone or at your home to discuss ways you can conserve energy and water. The specialist will review your personal usage with you, ask questions and provide useful solutions. You can also inquire about ways OUC can help with upgrade costs, like our Efficiency Delivered program and rebates. To provide you with the best service, we ask that you have at least six months of consumption history at your property before requesting an audit. Find out more about free conservation audits.
