Corporate Sustainability Coordinator

Since joining OUC as an intern in 2007, Natalia Parades has been a champion for energy-efficiency and customer education. In her current role, she oversees OUC’s internal corporate sustainability efforts, including effective operational practices in energy, water and waste, as well as administering projects such as OUC’s Living Wall and Rain Harvest Garden.

Parades has worked on Department of Energy grants and was the lead trainer for customer information software implementation at OUC.

A LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Associate, Parades received the Florida Junior Chamber Outstanding Young Environmentalist Award in 2010. She holds a master’s in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver.
