Juan Santiago

Juan Santiago joined OUC in 2017 as a call center representative before transitioning in 2019 to his current role as a conservation specialist. As a member of OUC’s Sustainability team, Juan performs electric and water audits for residential and commercial customers, investigating the causes of usage spikes and making recommendations to help home and business owners improve efficiency, conserve resources and save money on their bills.

Before joining OUC, Juan worked as a licensed insurance agent. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida. In his free time, he serves as the music director for his church. An avid musician, he plays multiple instruments, including piano, bass and percussion.  Juan is fluent in English and Spanish.
