OUC — The Reliable One will soon break ground on a new innovative, sustainable facility in St.
Cloud. The 300,000 square foot facility, to be built in phases, will mark OUC’s continued commitment to Osceola County and its ever-growing community.
In line with OUC’s path toward net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, the project will follow suit, utilizing green construction techniques, a floating solar array, electric vehicle charging stations and more.
The facility will also include joint-use space to be occupied by City of St. Cloud government employees. When available, more information, including a ground-breaking date, will be posted to OUC.com.
